Women’s Self Defense Seminar

Women are just as powerful as men…if they decide to be. Deciding to take action is necessary towards becoming powerful no matter who you are, regardless of gender or background. Our women’s self defense seminar is a stepping stone for women to realize that becoming more powerful is achievable through taking action.

This seminar focuses on training basic defenses that are effective and practical for women regardless of size and strength. The only requirement for achieving these moves is the willingness to learn. Students will actually witness their new found abilities as they apply them on their professionally trained instructors. They will finish the seminar knowing that they can become more powerful. But as stated before…one must first need to decide to take action.
